Occupational therapy assessment

We conduct occupational therapy assessment for clients under the Home Care Packages, Chronic Disease Management, NDIS and DVA.
We conduct an in-depth, holistic, and functional assessment (FA) of a person’s life.

An FA answers the following questions:

  • What does function look like for this person in the context of their day-to-day life?
  • How does the person complete certain tasks?
  • What level of support or assistance does the person need to achieve these tasks, to increase safety, and to build capacity?
  • What external supports are required if the person cannot achieve certain tasks independently?
  • Does the person’s individual goals genuinely relate to their “bigger picture”
